Vitamin D it is important for the assimilation of other minerals such as Calcium, so as a Vegan make sure you get enough sunshine. Matthew recommends spending at least 30 minutes in the sun each day. Morning and evening when the sun is not too high in the sky. To ensure you get enough Iron and Calcium make sure you include lot's of green leafy vegetables in your diet and to get Zinc eat Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
